A 43-year-old Orange Park man was killed Friday night after his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck in Orange Park, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 9:20 p.m. on July 24, 2026, near the intersection of Moody Avenue and Whipple Avenue in Orange Park.

The 43-year-old motorcyclist, an Orange Park resident, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 41-year-old man from Miami, who was riding as a passenger on the motorcycle, sustained critical injuries and was transported to HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital for emergency treatment.

The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.

Authorities have not publicly released the names of those involved.
