U.S.-1 is a major roadway that sees significant daily traffic, particularly near growing residential areas such as Nocatee.
Motorcycle crashes on highways like U.S.-1 often occur due to:
- Drivers failing to see motorcycles
- Unsafe lane changes
- Failure to yield while turning
- Distracted driving
- Sudden traffic slowdowns
Because motorcycles provide far less protection than passenger vehicles, riders are at much higher risk of suffering catastrophic injuries in collisions.
Legal Options After Motorcycle Crashes

Potential damages may include:
- Emergency medical treatment and trauma care
- Air ambulance transport
- Rehabilitation and long-term medical care
- Lost wages and reduced earning capacity
- Pain and suffering
Determining fault often involves reviewing police reports, vehicle damage, witness statements, and crash reconstruction evidence.
