At least one person can be seen in the video running desperately to escape the blast, a terrifying scene that unfolded in seconds and left one man dead and four others seriously hurt.

Victim Identified: Leomar Suris

While Miami-Dade officials have not formally released the names of those killed or injured, family members have identified the man who lost his life as Leomar Suris.
