- Driving under the influence
- Mechanical failure
A thorough investigation typically includes reviewing witness statements, vehicle damage, roadway conditions, and possible surveillance footage.
Injury Claims After Florida Car Accidents
When someone is injured due to another driver’s negligence, Florida law may allow them to pursue compensation beyond basic no-fault insurance benefits.
Depending on the circumstances, injured victims may be able to recover damages for:
- Medical bills and future treatment
- Lost wages and reduced earning capacity
- Pain and suffering
- Rehabilitation and therapy
- Property damage
In crashes involving severe injuries, insurance coverage disputes and liability investigations can become complex, making early legal guidance important.
