A devastating crash on Interstate 95 in Volusia County, Florida resulted in the death of a semi-truck driver after his vehicle struck debris in the roadway and lost control, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash highlights the serious dangers roadway debris can pose, particularly for large commercial vehicles traveling at highway speeds.

What We Know About the Crash

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just north of mile marker 256 on April 11, 2026. Investigators say a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia semi-truck was traveling northbound in the inside lane when it encountered metal debris blocking the roadway.

Troopers say the driver attempted to avoid the debris by swerving to the right but still struck it. The semi-truck then veered back to the left, left the roadway, and entered the center median, where it collided with multiple trees. The force of the crash caused catastrophic damage, with the left side of the truck reportedly torn apart.

The driver, who has not yet been identified, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.

The Dangers of Roadway Debris on Highways

Debris in active travel lanes can create sudden and life-threatening hazards, especially on high-speed interstates like I-95.

Common dangers associated with roadway debris include:

Limited reaction time for drivers traveling at highway speeds

Loss of vehicle control while attempting to avoid debris

Secondary collisions or rollover events

Increased risk for large commercial vehicles due to weight and stopping distance

Even relatively small debris can lead to catastrophic crashes when struck at high speeds.

Legal Considerations in Debris-Related Crashes

Crashes caused by roadway debris often involve complex liability issues, particularly when determining how the debris ended up in the roadway.

Potential liable parties may include:

Commercial trucking companies, if debris fell from an improperly secured load

Other drivers, if objects were negligently left or dropped in the roadway

Contractors or construction companies working nearby

Government entities, if there was a failure to promptly remove known hazards

A thorough investigation is often required to identify the source of the debris and whether negligence played a role.

Wrongful Death Claims Under Florida Law

Under Florida’s Wrongful Death Act, Florida Statutes §§ 768.16–768.26, surviving family members may be entitled to pursue compensation if negligence contributed to the crash.

Damages may include:

Funeral and burial expenses

Medical expenses incurred prior to death

Loss of financial support and services

Loss of companionship and protection

Mental pain and suffering

In cases involving commercial vehicles, additional regulations and insurance coverage may also apply.

Investigation Ongoing

The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash, including the origin of the debris and whether any parties may be held responsible.

Our Thoughts Are With the Victim’s Family

Our thoughts are with the driver’s family and loved ones during this tragic time.

A crash involving an overturned semi-truck caused major traffic disruptions and left three people injured Thursday evening in Collier County, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash occurred around 5:35 p.m. on March 12, 2026, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 41 and Turner River Road, authorities said.

Emergency responders from the sheriff’s office and the Florida Highway Patrol were dispatched to the scene.

According to investigators, the crash involved a semi-truck carrying lumber that overturned during the collision.

The impact caused the truck to spill or shift its load, creating a dangerous situation on the roadway.

Authorities confirmed that three people were injured in the crash, though the severity of their injuries has not yet been publicly disclosed.

Emergency crews responded quickly to assist the injured and secure the scene.

Because the semi-truck overturned and blocked the roadway, U.S. Highway 41 was shut down in the area while crews worked to manage the scene.

Deputies reported that they were turning motorists around to prevent vehicles from approaching the crash site.

Large commercial vehicle crashes often require extensive cleanup due to:

Spilled cargo

Fuel leaks or hazardous materials

Damaged vehicles blocking multiple lanes

Debris scattered across the roadway

Authorities have not yet indicated when traffic will fully return to normal.

Dangers of Semi-Truck Accidents

Crashes involving tractor-trailers and commercial trucks can be particularly dangerous due to the size and weight of these vehicles.

When a semi-truck overturns, it can create serious hazards for nearby drivers.

Common causes of semi-truck crashes include:

Excessive speed or unsafe turns

Driver fatigue or distraction

Improperly secured cargo

Mechanical failures

Poor road or weather conditions

Cargo loads such as lumber can also shift during travel, increasing the risk of rollover accidents.

Legal Considerations in Commercial Truck Accidents

Commercial truck accidents often involve complex investigations because multiple parties may be responsible.

Potential liability may include:

The truck driver

The trucking company or employer

Cargo loading companies

Vehicle maintenance providers

Manufacturers of defective truck components

Federal and state regulations govern commercial trucking operations, including hours-of-service rules, cargo safety requirements, and maintenance standards.

When these regulations are violated, it can significantly increase the risk of serious crashes.

Investigation Ongoing

Authorities continue to investigate the semi-truck crash that overturned on U.S. Highway 41 near Turner River Road in Collier County.

Officials have not yet released additional details about what caused the crash or the extent of the injuries suffered.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a truck accident, speaking with an experienced attorney can help you understand your legal rights and options.

A 22-year-old man from Brevard County died following a serious crash involving a semi-truck near Lake Wales in Polk County, according to investigators.

The collision occurred around 11:30 a.m. on March 7 at the intersection of State Road 60 and County Road 630, east of Lake Wales.

Authorities from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the fatal incident.

According to preliminary findings, Christopher Joseph Morante II, 22, of Barefoot Bay, was driving a 2012 Ford Fusion when the crash occurred.

Investigators say Morante turned right from County Road 630 onto State Road 60 heading east. Shortly after entering the roadway, he attempted to make a U-turn to travel westbound on SR-60.

During the maneuver, Morante’s vehicle crossed into the path of an eastbound Peterbilt semi-truck.

The semi-truck struck the Ford Fusion, causing catastrophic damage to the vehicle.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and had to extricate Morante from the wreckage of his vehicle due to the severity of the crash.

He suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.

Despite emergency medical treatment, Morante died shortly after arriving at the hospital, according to investigators.

The driver of the semi-truck was not injured in the crash.

The collision caused significant traffic disruption along State Road 60.

Authorities temporarily closed the roadway in both directions while deputies and emergency crews responded and investigated the scene.

Traffic was later redirected into one lane in each direction before the roadway was fully reopened approximately four hours later.

Why Semi-Truck Crashes Are So Dangerous

Collisions involving commercial tractor-trailers often lead to severe injuries or fatalities due to the massive size and weight difference between large trucks and passenger vehicles.

A fully loaded semi-truck can weigh up to 80,000 pounds, making it much harder to slow down or stop quickly.

Common factors in serious truck crashes include:

Vehicles turning or pulling out in front of oncoming trucks

Limited stopping distance for large commercial vehicles

Blind spots around tractor-trailers

Improper turns or U-turns at busy intersections

Speed or visibility issues on highways

Even when a passenger vehicle driver initiates a maneuver, investigators often examine multiple factors to determine whether other issues contributed to the crash.

Potential Legal Liability in Truck Accidents

Fatal crashes involving semi-trucks may raise complex legal questions regarding liability.

Depending on the circumstances, responsible parties could include:

The truck driver

The trucking company employing the driver

Vehicle manufacturers in cases involving mechanical failure

Maintenance companies responsible for truck inspections

Government entities responsible for roadway design or traffic control

Truck accident investigations often involve reviewing driver logs, dash cameras, maintenance records, and accident reconstruction reports to determine whether negligence played a role.

When a crash results in a fatality, surviving family members may be able to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida law if negligence contributed to the collision.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash involving the semi-truck near Lake Wales.

A devastating crash involving two large trucks on Interstate 95 in Brevard County turned deadly Thursday afternoon, igniting a brush fire and forcing evacuations as emergency crews responded to the intense scene.

The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) continues to investigate the fatal collision.

According to FHP, the crash occurred at approximately 2:25 p.m. Thursday near mile marker 232 north of Mims and involved a semi-truck with a trailer and a 2004 Volvo truck.

Investigators say the semi-truck overturned after colliding with the Volvo truck. Following the impact:

The semi-truck struck the inside shoulder guardrail

The vehicle overturned

The truck became completely engulfed in flames

The driver of the semi-truck, whose identity has not yet been released pending notification of family members, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and passenger in the Volvo truck were not injured and remained at the scene to cooperate with investigators.

Crash Sparks Vegetation Fire and Emergency Evacuations

The intensity of the fiery crash ignited a brush fire in the area near Blounts Ridge and Aurantia roads, prompting an emergency response from Brevard County Fire Rescue.

Officials reported that:

Flames spread quickly in nearby vegetation

Two nearby homes were evacuated as a precaution

Fire crews worked to contain the blaze while troopers secured the crash scene

The combined dangers of the crash and brush fire created a highly hazardous situation for motorists and nearby residents.

Major I-95 Closures and Traffic Gridlock

Authorities implemented a full closure of all northbound lanes of I-95 and the inside southbound lane while emergency crews worked to extinguish the fire, investigate the crash, and remove debris.

Motorists experienced significant delays as traffic remained at a standstill for hours.

Detour Information

FHP directed drivers traveling northbound on I-95 to follow this detour:

Take Exit 231 to Deering Parkway (C.R. 5A)

Turn left onto U.S. 1

Turn left onto State Road 442 (Indian River Boulevard)

Continue to reconnect with I-95

Drivers were advised to avoid the area and expect extended delays.

The Dangers of Commercial Truck Collisions on Florida Highways

Crashes involving large commercial trucks are often catastrophic due to the size and weight of these vehicles. When a semi-truck overturns or catches fire, the risk of fatal injuries and secondary hazards — such as explosions or fires — increases dramatically.

Some common factors in large truck crashes include:

Driver fatigue

Speeding or failure to slow in traffic

Mechanical failures

Improper lane changes or following too closely

Poor roadway or weather conditions

When fires or hazardous cargo are involved, these crashes can also endanger nearby homes and motorists.

Potential Liability in Semi-Truck Accident Cases

Fatal truck crashes often require extensive investigation to determine whether negligence played a role.

Potentially liable parties may include:

Truck drivers

Trucking companies and employers

Vehicle or parts manufacturers

Maintenance providers

Contractors responsible for cargo loading

Families who lose loved ones in commercial trucking crashes may be entitled to pursue wrongful death claims to recover compensation for medical expenses, funeral costs, lost financial support, and emotional suffering.

Investigation Ongoing

The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the fatal semi-truck collision on I-95 in Brevard County to determine what led to the crash and whether any additional contributing factors were involved.

As authorities work to gather more information, the incident serves as a sobering reminder of the devastating consequences that can result from serious highway collisions involving large commercial vehicles.

According to FHP, the deadly collision occurred around 2:25 p.m. on Interstate 95 northbound near Deering Parkway in Brevard County.

Investigators say:

A semitrailer was traveling northbound on I-95

Traffic ahead included a Volvo truck traveling in the same direction

The driver of the semitrailer reportedly failed to slow down for the Volvo

The big rig driver swerved left and struck the rear of the truck

Following the impact, the semitrailer:

Ran off the roadway

Collided with a guardrail

Overturned

Became engulfed in flames

Emergency crews responded quickly, but the driver of the semitrailer was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Volvo truck involved in the crash was occupied by:

A 23-year-old Florida woman driving

A 49-year-old Florida man as a passenger

Both individuals were not injured and remained at the crash scene following the collision, according to FHP.

Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased driver pending notification of next of kin.

The violent rollover and resulting fire forced the closure of portions of Interstate 95 as emergency crews worked to extinguish the flames, investigate the crash, and clear the roadway.

Motorists in the area experienced significant traffic delays while troopers and first responders secured the scene.

Common Causes of Large Truck Crashes on Florida Highways

Crashes involving commercial trucks and semitrailers are often catastrophic due to the size and weight of these vehicles. When collisions occur at highway speeds, the results can be deadly.

Some of the most common causes of big rig crashes include:

Failure to slow for traffic congestion

Distracted or fatigued driving

Speeding or aggressive driving

Improper braking or following too closely

Mechanical failure or maintenance issues

Even a momentary lapse in attention can lead to devastating consequences when large commercial vehicles are involved.

Potential Liability in Commercial Truck Accident Cases

Fatal truck crashes often require thorough investigation to determine whether negligence or regulatory violations played a role.

Depending on the circumstances, liability in a commercial trucking crash may extend to:

The truck driver

The trucking company or employer

Maintenance or repair contractors

Vehicle or parts manufacturers

Third-party drivers who contributed to the crash

Families of individuals killed in trucking crashes may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida law if negligence contributed to the fatal incident.

These claims can help recover compensation for:

Funeral and burial expenses

Loss of financial support

Loss of companionship and guidance

Emotional pain and suffering

A 32-year-old Bartow man was killed early Tuesday morning after his vehicle crashed into the back of a semi-truck in Lake Wales, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

The fatal collision occurred in the early hours of February 25 along State Road 60 West at West Lake Wales Road North and remains under investigation.

Authorities say a 2026 Freightliner semi-truck was traveling eastbound on State Road 60 when a 2022 Kia K5 sedan, also heading east, struck the rear of the truck for reasons that have not yet been determined.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced the driver of the Kia — a 32-year-old man from Bartow — deceased. His name had not been publicly released pending notification of family.

A 37-year-old Winter Haven woman, who was a passenger in the Kia, suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Investigators noted that the driver of the Kia was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Authorities confirmed that the vehicle’s airbags deployed, but he still sustained fatal injuries.

The driver of the semi-truck was not reported to have suffered injuries.

Law enforcement officials are continuing to investigate what caused the rear-end collision, including whether speed, distraction, fatigue, or mechanical issues may have been contributing factors.

Rear-End Truck Collisions Can Be Deadly

Crashes involving passenger vehicles and large commercial trucks often result in severe or fatal injuries due to the significant size and weight difference between the vehicles. Rear-end collisions with tractor-trailers can be particularly dangerous when a smaller vehicle underrides or absorbs the majority of the impact.

Common causes of rear-end crashes involving semi-trucks include:

Distracted or drowsy driving

Speeding or failure to slow in time

Poor visibility or low lighting conditions

Mechanical failures

Traffic slowdowns or congestion

The investigation into this fatal Lake Wales crash remains ongoing. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has information is encouraged to contact local authorities.

A major crash involving a semi-tractor trailer shut down a stretch of Interstate 95 in north Brevard County Thursday afternoon, prompting a large emergency response and significant traffic disruptions.

The incident occurred near the Scottsmoor exit and may involve serious injuries or a fatality, according to initial reports.

The crash was reported around 2 p.m. on Thursday on Interstate 95 near the Scottsmoor exit in northern Brevard County.

Traffic cameras showed what appeared to be a semi-tractor trailer overturned and engulfed in flames, though officials have not yet confirmed details about injuries or fatalities.

Due to the severity of the crash and ongoing investigation, both northbound and southbound lanes of I-95 were shut down in the area.

The closure of both directions of I-95 caused significant delays for motorists traveling through the region.

Authorities urged drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes, including U.S. 1, while emergency crews and investigators worked at the scene.

The full extent of the traffic impact and timeline for reopening lanes was not immediately known.

The Florida Highway Patrol is leading the investigation into the crash.

At this time, troopers have not released information about:

The number of vehicles involved

Whether anyone was injured or killed

What led up to the crash

Officials are expected to release additional details as the investigation progresses and more information becomes available.

Crashes involving semi-tractor trailers often result in extensive roadway closures due to their size, cargo, and potential fire hazards. These incidents can create dangerous conditions for other drivers and require complex cleanup and reconstruction efforts.

Authorities continue to urge motorists to drive cautiously, especially when traveling near large commercial vehicles and through active crash scenes.

A man in his early 20s has died following a devastating head-on collision with a semi-truck Monday night in Jacksonville, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO).

The fatal crash marks another tragic traffic death in Duval County as authorities continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the collision.

According to JSO, the crash occurred shortly before 9 p.m. in the 600 block of Eastport Road.

Investigators say the young man was driving a Dodge SUV eastbound on Eastport Road when the collision occurred.

At the same time, a semi-truck with a trailer was traveling southbound on nearby Textile Road. Authorities reported that as the truck driver attempted to make a wide right turn heading westbound, the vehicle entered the oncoming eastbound lane.

This maneuver caused the semi-truck to collide head-on with the SUV.

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue responded quickly to the scene, but the driver of the SUV had suffered catastrophic injuries. He was pronounced deceased upon arrival.

Officials have not yet released the victim’s identity pending notification of next of kin.

According to JSO, this marks the 33rd traffic fatality in Duval County in 2026, highlighting ongoing concerns about roadway safety throughout the region.

Investigation Ongoing

Authorities continue to investigate the crash and will work to determine all contributing factors, including:

Vehicle positioning and right-of-way

Whether speed or visibility played a role

Potential driver error or roadway conditions

Any mechanical or operational issues

Commercial vehicle crashes often require detailed reconstruction and analysis due to the size and weight of tractor-trailers and the complexity of multi-vehicle roadway interactions.

Dangers of Head-On Collisions Involving Semi-Trucks

Head-on collisions involving large commercial trucks are among the most severe and deadly types of motor vehicle crashes. Due to the significant weight difference between passenger vehicles and tractor-trailers, occupants of smaller vehicles face an extremely high risk of fatal or catastrophic injury.

Common causes of truck-related head-on collisions include:

Wide turns that enter opposing lanes

Driver fatigue or distraction

Improper lane usage

Speeding or misjudging distance

Poor visibility or nighttime driving conditions

These crashes often leave families facing sudden and devastating loss.

Legal Options After a Fatal Truck Accident

When a fatal crash involves a commercial vehicle, multiple parties may potentially be liable depending on the circumstances, including:

The truck driver

The trucking company

Maintenance providers

Cargo loaders

Other negligent third parties

A thorough investigation can help determine whether negligence played a role and whether surviving family members may have grounds for a wrongful death claim under Florida law.

Our Thoughts Are With the Victim’s Family

This tragic crash underscores the dangers that can arise in seconds on Florida roadways, particularly when large commercial vehicles are involved. Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the young man who lost his life.

The attorneys at Flanagan & Bodenheimer Injury & Wrongful Death Law Firm continue to monitor serious and fatal crashes across Florida. Families who have lost a loved one in a truck accident may have legal rights and options available to them under Florida law and are encouraged to seek experienced legal guidance when ready.

A tragic pedestrian crash on Interstate 75 in Sarasota claimed the life of a 64-year-old man Wednesday morning after he was struck by a tractor-trailer, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The fatal collision caused major delays on I-75 south for several hours as authorities investigated the scene.

Troopers say the crash occurred shortly after 9 a.m. on February 18, 2026, just south of the Clark Road exit on I-75 in Sarasota County.

According to investigators:

A 64-year-old Sarasota man had parked his vehicle on the paved shoulder of the interstate

He was standing next to his vehicle along the shoulder

A tractor-trailer driven by a 56-year-old man was traveling southbound in the right lane

The pedestrian stepped into the roadway and into the path of the oncoming tractor-trailer

The front right corner of the truck struck the man

Emergency responders pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene.

Two southbound lanes of I-75 were closed for several hours following the crash before reopening later in the day. The incident remains under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.

Pedestrian crashes on highways and interstates are often fatal due to high speeds and limited reaction time. Unlike city streets, interstate highways are not designed for pedestrian activity, making any roadway entry extremely dangerous.

Common factors in interstate pedestrian fatalities include:

Disabled vehicles requiring roadside stops

Limited visibility for approaching drivers

High travel speeds

Reduced lighting during early morning or nighttime hours

Driver reaction time constraints

Even when drivers take evasive action, collisions at highway speeds can be unavoidable.

Investigating Liability in Pedestrian-Truck Crashes

Although early reports indicate the pedestrian stepped into the path of the truck, investigators will still examine all potential contributing factors, including:

Whether the tractor-trailer driver was speeding or distracted

Visibility and lighting conditions at the time of the crash

Whether hazard lights or warning devices were present

Roadway design and shoulder conditions

Any mechanical issues with the vehicle

In crashes involving commercial vehicles, companies and insurers often conduct their own investigations, making it critical for families to understand their rights and preserve evidence early.

Legal Options After a Fatal Pedestrian Accident

When a pedestrian is killed in a crash involving a commercial truck, surviving family members may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida law.

Compensation may include:

Funeral and burial expenses

Medical expenses prior to death

Loss of companionship and support

Mental pain and suffering for surviving family members

Loss of future financial support

A late-night crash on Interstate 95 in Volusia County claimed the life of a 29-year-old Edgewater driver after his vehicle collided with a semi-truck, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers say the crash occurred at approximately 11:27 p.m. on February 16 on northbound Interstate 95, south of West Indian River Boulevard near Edgewater.

According to a preliminary investigation:

A 2025 Hyundai Sonata was traveling northbound on I-95 behind a 2023 semi-truck with a trailer

For reasons still under investigation, the Hyundai failed to stop and rear-ended the semi-truck

The 29-year-old Edgewater driver of the Hyundai died at the scene

The 50-year-old semi-truck driver, from Yulee, was not injured and remained at the scene

Authorities have not released the identity of the victim pending notification of family members. The crash remains under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.

Crashes involving passenger vehicles and large commercial trucks are often catastrophic due to the size and weight differences between vehicles. Even a rear-end collision can result in fatal injuries for occupants of smaller vehicles.

Common contributing factors in rear-end crashes with semi-trucks include:

Distracted driving

Driver fatigue

Speeding or following too closely

Sudden traffic slowdowns

Poor visibility or roadway lighting

Mechanical or braking issues

Because commercial trucks require significantly longer stopping distances, both passenger vehicle drivers and truck drivers must exercise heightened caution on highways like I-95.

Potential Liability in Semi-Truck Fatal Crashes

While initial reports may suggest a straightforward rear-end collision, fatal truck crashes often require detailed investigation to determine whether additional factors contributed to the crash.

Potentially liable parties may include:

Commercial truck drivers

Trucking companies

Maintenance providers

Cargo loaders

Vehicle manufacturers

Other motorists who may have contributed to traffic conditions

Evidence such as dashcam footage, black box data, driver logs, and maintenance records can be critical in determining what occurred and whether negligence played a role.

Wrongful Death Claims After Fatal Truck Accidents

When negligence contributes to a fatal crash, surviving family members may be able to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida law.

Compensation in a wrongful death case may include:

Funeral and burial expenses

Medical expenses incurred before death

Loss of financial support and services

Loss of companionship and protection

Mental pain and suffering for surviving family

Florida’s modified comparative negligence law (§768.81) allows liability to be shared among multiple parties depending on the circumstances of the crash.

The Importance of an Independent Investigation

Law enforcement investigations focus on documenting the crash and determining whether criminal charges are appropriate. They do not pursue compensation for victims’ families.

An independent legal investigation may examine:

Commercial vehicle inspection and maintenance records

Driver qualification and training records

Hours-of-service and fatigue logs

Crash reconstruction analysis

Surveillance or traffic camera footage

Insurance coverage and corporate liability

A tragic multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in Walton County claimed the lives of two young children Sunday evening, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).

Troopers say the crash occurred around 5:50 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-10 near mile marker 86. Investigators reported that a 34-year-old Bonifay man was driving an SUV with two child passengers — a 7-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy — when the SUV rear-ended a tractor trailer traveling ahead of it.

Following the impact, the SUV overturned multiple times in the median. Authorities say a second tractor trailer then collided with the rear of the first commercial vehicle.

The two children died as a result of the crash. The SUV driver sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment. Both tractor trailer drivers were not injured.

Eastbound lanes of I-10 were shut down while emergency crews responded, and westbound traffic was reduced to a single lane. FHP’s Commercial Motor Vehicle and Traffic Homicide teams are conducting a comprehensive investigation with assistance from the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.

Crashes involving passenger vehicles and tractor trailers often result in severe outcomes due to the size and weight disparity between vehicles. Even a single rear-end collision can escalate into a multi-impact incident, especially on high-speed interstates.

Common contributing factors in rear-end commercial vehicle crashes include:

Following too closely

Sudden traffic slowdowns

Driver distraction

Speed relative to conditions

Commercial vehicle stopping or lane positioning

When a vehicle overturns after impact, occupants face an elevated risk of fatal injury.

Legal Considerations After a Fatal Commercial Vehicle Crash

When a crash results in death, surviving family members may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida’s Wrongful Death Act (Fla. Stat. §§768.16–768.26) if negligence contributed to the incident.

Potential areas of investigation may include:

Driver conduct and reaction time

Commercial vehicle braking or positioning

Traffic flow and roadway conditions

Compliance with commercial vehicle safety regulations

Recoverable damages may include:

Funeral and burial expenses

Medical costs related to emergency treatment

Loss of financial support

Loss of companionship and guidance

Mental pain and suffering of surviving family members

Florida applies a modified comparative negligence rule (§768.81), meaning liability may be divided among parties based on each party’s conduct.

Law enforcement investigations focus on determining how the crash occurred and whether traffic laws were violated. They do not pursue civil compensation for grieving families.

An independent investigation may examine:

Crash reconstruction and vehicle sequencing

Commercial vehicle inspection and compliance records

Driver logs and braking data

Event data recorders

Witness statements and camera footage

Insurance coverage

Preserving this evidence early is critical in complex commercial vehicle crashes.

A dump truck driver was killed Wednesday morning following a catastrophic tire rupture while his disabled vehicle was being repaired on the Dolphin Expressway, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).

Troopers said the incident occurred around 10:20 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the Dolphin Expressway near Northwest 137th Avenue. Investigators reported that the dump truck became disabled due to a flat tire, prompting the driver to contact a mobile repair service.

While the technician was inflating the tire, authorities say the tire suddenly ruptured. The force of the explosion struck the driver, causing fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Large commercial vehicle tires operate under high pressure. When a tire fails or explodes, the force can cause devastating injuries or death to anyone nearby.

Serious tire rupture incidents may involve factors such as:

Overinflation or improper repair procedures

Tire defects or structural failure

Worn or damaged wheel components

Inadequate safety precautions during roadside repairs

Failure to follow industry safety standards

These incidents are sometimes preventable when proper inspection, maintenance, and repair protocols are followed.

Legal Considerations After a Fatal Workplace or Roadside Incident

When a worker is killed during vehicle repair or roadside service, multiple legal issues may arise depending on the circumstances. Potential areas of investigation include:

Whether the repair was performed according to safety standards

Condition and maintenance history of the tire or wheel assembly

Possible manufacturing or product defects

Employer safety practices and training

Roadside hazard protocols

Families may have legal options that extend beyond workers’ compensation, particularly if a third party—such as a repair company, equipment manufacturer, or parts supplier—contributed to the fatal incident.

Under Florida law, surviving family members may pursue a wrongful death claim when negligence or defective equipment plays a role. Recoverable damages may include:

Funeral and burial expenses

Loss of financial support

Loss of companionship and protection

Mental pain and suffering

Law enforcement investigations focus on determining how the incident occurred. They do not assess civil liability or pursue compensation for grieving families.

An independent legal investigation may help preserve critical evidence such as:

Tire and wheel assembly condition

Repair procedures and technician actions

Equipment safety compliance

Maintenance and inspection records

Manufacturer documentation

Witness accounts

Early evidence preservation is crucial in tire failure cases, as damaged components are key to understanding what went wrong.

A serious crash involving a Jeep and a tractor-trailer on the Courtney Campbell Causeway sent one driver to a Tampa hospital as a trauma alert Tuesday night, according to Clearwater police.

The collision occurred in the westbound lanes of the Courtney Campbell Causeway, a major roadway connecting Clearwater and Tampa that regularly sees heavy traffic, including large commercial vehicles.

Clearwater police said the driver of a Jeep was trapped inside the vehicle following the crash. Firefighters were forced to extricate the driver from the Jeep before the individual could be transported to the hospital. Due to the severity of the injuries, the driver was taken as a trauma alert, indicating potentially life-threatening conditions.

Authorities have not released the driver’s identity or current medical condition. Police also have not yet disclosed what led to the crash or whether any citations or charges may follow. Images shared by Clearwater police showed extensive damage to the Jeep and a nearby PostcardMania tractor-trailer, highlighting the force of the impact.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Crashes involving tractor-trailers are among the most dangerous on Florida roadways. Because of their size and weight, commercial trucks can cause devastating injuries to occupants of smaller vehicles, even at moderate speeds.

Common causes of truck crashes include:

Driver fatigue or hours-of-service violations

Distracted driving

Improper lane changes or blind-spot violations

Speeding or failure to slow for traffic conditions

Mechanical issues or inadequate vehicle maintenance

In crashes on causeways and bridges, additional factors such as limited shoulders, wind conditions, and traffic congestion can increase the risk of severe outcomes.

Legal Options After a Serious Truck Crash in Florida

When a crash involves a commercial vehicle and results in serious injuries, victims may have the right to pursue a personal injury claim against multiple parties, depending on the circumstances. Potentially responsible parties may include:

The truck driver

The trucking company

A vehicle maintenance contractor

A company responsible for loading or securing cargo

Compensation in these cases may include:

Emergency medical treatment and future medical care

Rehabilitation and long-term therapy

Lost wages and reduced earning capacity

Pain and suffering

Permanent disability or disfigurement

Truck accident cases are often complex and require prompt investigation to preserve evidence such as electronic logging data, dash-cam footage, maintenance records, and driver histories.

Commercial trucking companies and their insurers often begin investigating immediately after a serious crash. Having legal representation early can help ensure that evidence is preserved and that injured victims are not pressured into early statements or settlements.

A devastating crash in Hardee County has left two Southwest Florida men dead and another critically injured following a collision between a passenger vehicle and a semi tractor-trailer, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).

FHP reports the crash occurred Tuesday at the intersection of County Road 663 and State Road 64.

According to investigators:

A 2025 Kia was traveling northbound on County Road 663 and approaching a stop sign at State Road 64.

At the same time, a semi tractor-trailer was traveling eastbound on State Road 64.

Troopers say the Kia failed to yield the right of way and entered the intersection.

The front of the Kia then collided with the trailer portion of the semi truck.

The crash had tragic consequences:

The driver of the Kia, a 35-year-old man from Fort Myers, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 22-year-old passenger from Cape Coral was also pronounced dead at the scene.

A 25-year-old passenger from Fort Myers suffered critical injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

The 71-year-old driver of the semi truck, from Wauchula, was not injured, according to FHP.

The crash remains under investigation.

Crashes involving commercial trucks are often catastrophic due to the sheer size and weight of tractor-trailers. Even when a passenger vehicle strikes the trailer portion of a semi, the results can be deadly.

Failure-to-yield collisions at rural intersections are especially dangerous because:

Speed limits are often higher

Visibility may be limited

There is little room for evasive maneuvers

Tractor-trailers require long stopping distances

In fatal truck crashes, investigators often examine:

Sightlines and signage at the intersection

Whether stop signs or warnings were clearly visible

Speed and reaction times of all vehicles

Whether roadway design contributed to the collision

Legal Options After a Fatal Truck Crash in Florida

When a fatal crash occurs, surviving family members may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida law. These cases are complex, particularly when a commercial vehicle is involved.

Potential compensation may include:

Funeral and burial expenses

Loss of financial support and services

Loss of companionship, guidance, and protection

Mental pain and suffering

Medical expenses incurred prior to death

Even when a failure to yield is alleged, a full legal investigation is critical. Roadway design, visibility, signage placement, and commercial vehicle compliance may all play a role.

A devastating multi-vehicle crash involving two semi-trucks and a pickup truck claimed one life and left another person injured Wednesday afternoon in Osceola County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). The collision caused a major fire and forced the complete shutdown of State Road 60 in both directions for several hours.

FHP reports that the crash occurred around 2:37 p.m. near Peavine Road in Kenansville.

According to investigators, a semi-truck was traveling westbound on State Road 60 when it failed to stop for traffic ahead. At the time, a Peterbilt semi-truck and a Ford F-150 pickup truck were stopped in the westbound lane due to traffic conditions.

Troopers said the westbound semi-truck collided with the rear of the Peterbilt, which then struck the back of the Ford pickup. The initial impact caused the first semi-truck to become fully engulfed in flames.

The driver of that semi-truck, whose identity has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Peterbilt semi-truck, a 48-year-old man from Eagle Lake, was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Ford F-150 was not injured.

Both eastbound and westbound lanes of State Road 60 remained closed for hours, with troopers continuing their investigation into the evening.

Crashes involving commercial trucks are among the most dangerous types of roadway accidents due to the size, weight, and force of impact involved. When a semi-truck fails to stop in traffic, the results can be fatal within seconds.

Common contributing factors in semi-truck crashes include:

Driver fatigue or inattention

Failure to maintain safe following distances

Speeding or inability to stop in traffic

Mechanical or brake failure

Inadequate training or supervision

When fires occur following a crash, victims may face extreme danger due to fuel ignition, limited escape time, and severe burn injuries.

Determining Liability in Commercial Truck Crashes

Fatal truck crashes require thorough investigations beyond the initial police report. Liability may extend to multiple parties, including:

The truck driver

The trucking company or employer

Maintenance or repair providers

Manufacturers of defective truck parts

Cargo loaders or third-party contractors

Key evidence often includes driver logbooks, electronic logging device (ELD) data, vehicle maintenance records, black box data, and surveillance footage. Preserving this evidence quickly is critical.

Legal Options After a Fatal Truck Accident

When a commercial vehicle crash results in death, surviving family members may be entitled to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida law. Potential compensation may include:

Funeral and burial expenses

Loss of financial support and benefits

Loss of companionship and guidance

Mental pain and suffering

Medical expenses incurred before death

Truck accident cases are complex and often aggressively defended, making experienced legal representation essential.

Handle all communications with insurers and defense teams

A serious crash on Interstate 95 in St. Johns County resulted in a semi-truck fire and left one person critically injured Sunday night, according to St. Johns County Fire Rescue.

Fire rescue officials said the collision occurred on northbound I-95 near mile marker 307. The crash involved multiple vehicles and caused a semi-truck to catch fire, prompting an emergency response that included firefighters, hazardous materials crews, and an air medical helicopter.

Authorities confirmed that one person was transported by helicopter to a nearby hospital in critical condition. No additional details have been released regarding the identities of those involved or the total number of vehicles impacted.

Hazmat teams were deployed to the scene to address a diesel fuel leak from the semi-truck, which required extensive cleanup efforts. All northbound lanes of I-95 were shut down for several hours while crews extinguished the fire, treated the injured, and cleared the roadway. Traffic has since reopened.

At this time, officials have not released information regarding what caused the crash or whether speed, driver error, mechanical failure, or impairment may have been factors. The investigation remains ongoing.

Crashes involving commercial vehicles and tractor-trailers often result in severe injuries due to the size and weight disparity between passenger vehicles and large trucks. When fires and hazardous materials are involved, the risk to occupants and first responders increases significantly.

Collisions involving semi-trucks frequently lead to catastrophic outcomes because of:

Extreme vehicle weight and stopping distance

High-speed interstate travel

Increased risk of rollovers and fires

Fuel leaks and hazardous materials exposure

Vehicle intrusion and entrapment

Victims in these crashes often suffer traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, severe burns, internal injuries, or long-term disability.

Determining Liability After a Semi-Truck Crash

Investigating a commercial vehicle crash requires a detailed and independent review of evidence, which may include:

Driver logbooks and hours-of-service records

Vehicle maintenance and inspection reports

Electronic logging device and black box data

Surveillance and traffic camera footage

Toxicology and impairment testing

Compliance with federal trucking regulations

Liability may extend beyond the truck driver to include trucking companies, vehicle owners, maintenance contractors, or other responsible parties.

Legal Options for Injured Victims and Families

Individuals seriously injured in truck crashes may be entitled to compensation for:

Emergency and ongoing medical treatment

Future rehabilitation and long-term care

Lost income and diminished earning capacity

Pain and suffering

Permanent impairment or disfigurement

If a crash results in fatal injuries, surviving family members may have the right to pursue a wrongful death claim under Florida law.

A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 North in Palm Beach County sent three people to the hospital Tuesday evening and caused significant traffic delays near Exit 66 at Forest Hill Boulevard, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and Florida 511.

The collision, which occurred during heavy evening traffic, involved a box truck, a pickup truck, and a passenger vehicle, and created congestion across multiple right lanes of the interstate.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to the scene around 7:15 p.m. after receiving reports of a crash involving multiple vehicles on the northbound lanes of I-95. When crews arrived, they discovered:

A box truck with visible front-end damage

A pickup truck off to the roadside

A passenger vehicle impacted in the collision

Additional vehicles pulled over, though not directly involved in the crash

Traffic cameras showed severe congestion and lane blockage as emergency units worked to treat victims and clear debris.

Video shared with CBS12 revealed a white truck that appeared to have collided with a green pickup truck, while another black pickup sat damaged on the shoulder.

Two right lanes were shut down for an extended period, intensifying delays during the height of the evening commute.

According to PBCFR:

Three people were transported to local hospitals

One victim met trauma alert criteria, indicating potentially serious injuries

All patients were transported by ground rescue units

The conditions of the individuals have not yet been disclosed, and the investigation remains active.

Crashes that involve box trucks and commercial vehicles often result in more severe injuries due to:

Their increased size and weight

Longer stopping distances

The difficulty of maneuvering under sudden traffic conditions

Cargo weight shifts that affect stability

On a high-speed interstate like I-95, even a momentary lapse in attention or a sudden change in traffic flow can create a cascading effect, resulting in multi-vehicle collisions like this one.

FHP and other authorities will examine whether factors such as:

Speeding

Following too closely

Sudden braking

Driver fatigue or distraction

Mechanical failure

Improperly secured cargo

Lane changes made without clearance

played a role in this multi-vehicle crash.

Because box trucks are commercial vehicles, investigators will also review:

Maintenance logs

Driver hours-of-service records

Inspection reports

Load documentation

Any available dashcam or telematics data

Legal Rights for Victims of Multi-Vehicle Crashes on I-95

Victims injured in crashes involving commercial vehicles may have claims against:

1. The Commercial Truck Driver

If negligence such as distracted driving, speeding, or unsafe maneuvering contributed to the collision.

2. The Trucking Company

If it failed to properly maintain the vehicle, enforce safety protocols, or ensure the driver was adequately trained and rested.

3. Maintenance Contractors

If mechanical issues such as brake failure or tire defects played a role.

4. Other Drivers Involved

Sometimes multiple drivers share responsibility, especially in chain-reaction or lane-change-related crashes.

5. Vehicle or Equipment Manufacturers

If a mechanical defect contributed to the collision.

Why Immediate Legal Action Matters

Commercial carriers and their insurance companies act quickly after a crash to limit liability. To protect their rights, injured victims need to ensure crucial evidence is preserved, including:

Crash scene photos and surveillance footage

Black box (ECM) and telematics data

Driver qualification and training files

Maintenance and repair records

Eyewitness statements

Physical evidence from the vehicles involved

A major crash involving a semitruck shut down eastbound Interstate 4 in Osceola County on Sunday night, causing significant delays and prompting a full emergency response. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just before 9:30 p.m. near Mile Marker 62, close to World Drive and the entrance routes to Disney-area attractions.

Officials say the crash involved:

A semitruck whose trailer jackknifed, swinging sharply and folding toward the cab

The trailer subsequently colliding with the concrete inside shoulder wall

A second vehicle striking the wall as a result of the semitruck’s loss of control

All eastbound lanes were shut down as emergency crews worked to secure the scene. Portions of the westbound lanes were also blocked due to lane closures on the inside and inside-center lanes for both directions.

The semitruck remained immobilized on the interstate for hours as officials coordinated cleanup and investigative efforts.

According to FHP:

The driver of the semitruck was not injured

The driver and passenger of the second vehicle were transported to AdventHealth Celebration with reportedly minor injuries

FHP troopers say they are still gathering details. The investigation is ongoing.

A jackknifed trailer can instantly create a multi-vehicle collision hazard, especially on a busy interstate like I-4. When a trailer swings out of alignment:

The truck may lose all directional control

Surrounding drivers have little to no time to react

Lanes can become blocked in both directions

Secondary impacts—such as hitting a median wall—are common

Jackknifing can be caused by factors such as:

Sudden braking

Speeding or improper speed for road conditions

Wet or slippery pavement

Overcorrection or steering errors

Mechanical failure or load imbalance

Driver fatigue or distraction

Determining what caused the jackknife is critical to assessing liability.

Legal Considerations for Victims of a Jackknife Crash

Even when injuries appear minor, victims should understand their rights. Crashes involving commercial vehicles are governed by extensive state and federal trucking regulations, and numerous parties may be liable.

Potential responsible parties include:

1. The Truck Driver

Liability may apply if the driver:

Was speeding or tailgating

Braked improperly

Failed to maintain lane

Was distracted or fatigued

2. The Trucking Company

Claims may arise if the company:

Failed to maintain the truck

Allowed unsafe loading or weight imbalance

Pressured drivers to rush schedules

Neglected required inspections

3. Maintenance Contractors or Loaders

If mechanical issues or improperly secured cargo contributed to the loss of control.

4. Vehicle or Tire Manufacturers

In cases involving equipment failure.

Because trucking companies act immediately to limit their liability after a crash, victims need swift legal support to preserve:

Black box data

Dash cam footage

Driver logs

Maintenance and inspection records

Crash scene evidence

What Injured Drivers and Passengers Should Do Next

If you or a loved one was injured in this I-4 crash or a similar incident involving a commercial truck:

Seek prompt medical attention, even for minor injuries

Avoid giving recorded statements to insurance companies

Document pain, symptoms, and medical treatment

Contact an experienced Florida truck accident attorney

A tragic early-morning crash on Florida’s Turnpike near I-595 in Broward County left one woman dead and another driver hospitalized, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The violent collision involved a 2021 Mercedes-Benz SUV and a 2015 FedEx Freightliner tractor-trailer pulling two trailers.

The crash occurred around 6:49 a.m. Friday in the southbound lanes at Mile Marker 55, causing massive traffic delays as all but one southbound lane were closed for hours.

According to FHP:

The Mercedes-Benz SUV was stopped in the center lane of the Turnpike for reasons still under investigation.

A FedEx truck traveling in the same lane was “unable to avoid” the stationary SUV and slammed into its rear.

The impact sent the SUV southeast, where it collided with a concrete median wall, sustaining catastrophic damage.

Victims Identified

A 36-year-old Miami woman, who was a passenger in the SUV, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the SUV, also from Miami, suffered serious injuries and was transported to a Broward hospital.

The FedEx driver, a 57-year-old man from Naples, was injured but survived.

Video from the scene shows the SUV crushed and partially lodged into the front of the FedEx truck.

The Florida Highway Patrol’s Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash, including why the SUV was stopped in an active travel lane.

Stopped or disabled vehicles in high-speed travel lanes are among the deadliest scenarios on Florida highways. Semi-trucks—especially those hauling double trailers—require significantly more distance to brake or maneuver. Even a brief stop without hazard lights or shoulder placement can be fatal.

Investigators will assess:

Whether the SUV experienced a mechanical failure

Whether hazard lights or warning signals were activated

Road and visibility conditions

Possible distracted or impaired driving

Compliance with federal trucking safety regulations

Who May Be Liable in a Crash Like This?

Fatal crashes involving commercial trucks require a specialized legal investigation due to the number of parties that may be responsible. Depending on the findings, liability may fall on:

1. The SUV Driver

If the vehicle was improperly stopped in an active lane or the driver failed to pull off to the shoulder, partial liability may apply. However, the driver’s medical emergency, mechanical issues, or other factors may mitigate responsibility.

2. FedEx / Trucking Company

Commercial carriers may share responsibility if:

The driver was fatigued

The truck was speeding or following too closely

The driver was distracted

The vehicle’s brakes or systems were not maintained properly

Federal safety regulations were violated

3. Vehicle Manufacturers

If the SUV suffered a sudden mechanical failure (stalling, loss of power), a product liability claim may be possible.

4. Roadway or Construction Negligence

If lane closures, debris, or poor roadway design contributed to the crash, additional entities may be liable.

Legal Options for Families After a Fatal Crash

The family of the deceased Miami woman may pursue a Florida Wrongful Death Claim, which can provide compensation for:

Funeral and burial expenses

Loss of financial support

Loss of companionship and mental suffering

Medical bills

Punitive damages in cases of egregious negligence

The injured SUV driver may pursue a personal injury claim, including damages for hospitalization, lost income, disability, and pain and suffering.

Crashes involving commercial trucks often result in significant settlements due to the size of the companies involved and the high insurance coverage required under federal law.

Why These Cases Require Immediate Legal Action

Trucking companies and their insurers respond instantly to serious crashes with:

Defense attorneys

Accident reconstruction teams

Evidence preservation units

Families need their own legal team to:

Obtain black box data

Secure surveillance and traffic cam footage

Preserve vehicle damage evidence

Interview witnesses

Analyze mechanical failures

Investigate driver logs and safety records

Identify all liable parties

A serious rollover crash on the Bayside Bridge in Pinellas County left a Clearwater man hospitalized on Tuesday evening. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision involved a Peterbilt garbage truck that overturned due to an apparent mechanical failure, resulting in major injuries and significant traffic delays.

Florida Highway Patrol reports that the crash happened around 5 p.m. on December 2, as the garbage truck was traveling southbound on the Bayside Bridge, just south of Drew Street. The vehicle reportedly experienced a mechanical issue that the driver could not control, causing the truck to overturn and land on its side.

Emergency responders arrived on scene to find the overturned truck blocking lanes and debris scattered across the roadway.

The 37-year-old Clearwater man driving the truck suffered serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Two male passengers from St. Petersburg who were riding in the vehicle sustained minor injuries and were also transported to local hospitals.

Authorities have not released the specifics of the mechanical failure or whether any external factors contributed to the crash.

Mechanical Failures in Commercial Trucks Can Be Catastrophic

Garbage trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy commercial vehicles require stringent maintenance because any mechanical malfunction can lead to devastating accidents.

Common mechanical issues that may cause rollover crashes include:

• Brake system failures
• Steering malfunctions
• Tire blowouts
• Suspension or axle defects
• Hydraulic system failures
• Improperly secured or unbalanced loads

In rollover crashes, the high center of gravity of commercial trucks makes them especially vulnerable to tipping when sudden mechanical failures occur.

Who May Be Liable When a Mechanical Failure Causes a Crash?

Determining liability in a mechanical-failure accident requires a thorough investigation. Potentially responsible parties may include:

The Trucking Company

If the company failed to conduct required inspections, ignored maintenance issues, or allowed unsafe vehicles on the road, it may be liable.

The Vehicle Maintenance Provider

If a repair shop or contracted mechanic performed inadequate or improper repairs, they may share responsibility.

The Vehicle or Parts Manufacturer

Faulty brakes, steering components, tires, or other defective parts can lead to strict product liability claims.

The Driver

In some cases, operators may fail to respond appropriately to signs of mechanical failure or may be negligent in performing pre-trip inspections.

Because each case is different, securing critical evidence quickly is essential to determining fault.

Evidence That Can Strengthen a Commercial Vehicle Injury Claim

After a crash involving a commercial truck, attorneys often work to obtain:

• Maintenance and inspection records
• Vehicle telematics data or black box information
• Driver logs
• Manufacturer defect history
• Surveillance or traffic camera footage
• Witness statements
• Photographs of tire marks, debris, and the crash scene
• Expert evaluations of mechanical components

This evidence can be the key to proving negligence and obtaining compensation for injured victims.

Injured Victims Have Rights Under Florida Law

Individuals injured in commercial truck accidents may be entitled to compensation for:

• Medical expenses
• Lost income or diminished earning capacity
• Pain and suffering
• Long-term rehabilitation
• Property damage
• Future medical or life-care needs

If a trucking company, maintenance contractor, or manufacturer contributed to the crash, victims can pursue claims against all negligent parties.

Our Firm Helps Victims of Truck and Commercial Vehicle Crashes Across Florida
